Yodel Xpect

We ship smaller items such as cots via Yodel Xpect. This service provides customers with a 2-hour delivery window notification on the day of their delivery.  Customers can amend their delivery preferences right up to the point of delivery. With a variety of *Inflight options to choose from, customers will receive their parcels where and when it suits them. *You need to have installed the Yodel App.

DX

DX can deliver to your doorstep, which is great, but the drivers cannot enter your property.

If you live in a flat the delivery driver will be able to bring the boxes to the main entrance of the building, but they will not be able to take them up to the door of your flat.

Therefore, we really recommend having someone with you who can take in the boxes.

Cancellations & Returns
