Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will sent out within 1-3 business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within 2 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at contact@slumberbunks.co.uk

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos contact@slumberbunks.co.uk and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations & Returns:

If you are not 100% over the moon with our products, we'll offer you a 14 day Return upon the receipt of your items. contact us within 14 days at returns@slumberbunks.co.uk

All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a £20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

Delivery of Goods • Any discrepancy must be notified within 48 hours of delivery. Any damage must be notified within 48 hours of delivery. • All goods supplied are on a non-returnable basis unless within the warranty period and have a manufacturing fault after inspection by OBABY staff. • For non-delivery of carriage orders due to a customer error an additional charge for carriage will apply to cover costs charged by carrier. Examples of customer errors are premises closed within set opening times, no-one available to sign for delivery or incorrect address given. 7. Stock Availability • All goods are subject to availability. • OBABY reserve the right to change products and colours without prior notice. • All products are supplied on a first come first served policy. 8. Errors and Omissions • We make every effort to ensure that the information on our site is accurate and up to date. We will promptly correct any errors brought to our attention. If you find an error, please let us know. • We can accept no responsibility for information or opinions from third parties, contained within this site, or for the content of links from this site. • Product photographs are for illustration only; products may differ slightly from those shown. • Specifications and product descriptions are for guidance only and cannot be guaranteed accurate. • We reserve the right to withdraw any item from sale at any point prior to dispatch, for whatever reason. Please note we do not take payment until the order is dispatched, and it is at this point that our contract with you commences. You will be promptly informed if such a situation arises, and you can withdraw from the sale without penalty.

Cancellations/Refunds (FLAIR FURNISHINGS PRODUCTS)

By default, all orders placed before 1:00 PM are dispatched on the same day, unless an alternate delivery date is selected. We offer next day delivery, but availability will be contingent upon your customer's postcode.

Cancellation: You can cancel an order as long as it has not yet been dispatched. However, if your order has already been dispatched, delivery and return fees will be applied with the rates determined by the courier used.

Replacements: If the customer has accepted a damaged product, we will supply the necessary replacement parts. When delivery has been refused by the customer as damaged, it must be clear on the photos taken by the carrier during the delivery. A replacement will be sent without an additional cost.

Cancellations/Returns & Refunds (JULIAN BOWEN PRODUCTS)

Defective parts or requires adjustments: Customer must contact our team via email contact@slumberbunks.co.uk. All items come with a 12-month warranty.

Notify claims of non-delivery, part delivery, or damage within 3 days of dispatch. Provide details and photos to returns@slumberbunks.co.uk promptly. Each case is reviewed individually. Refund issued upon approval.

For defective or damaged items upon arrival, returns are only accepted if the product is repackaged in its original box.

Scotland Surcharge: There will be a surcharge of £26.00 for the following Scottish postcodes to include PA- Paisley postcodes 1-19.


PA – Paisley * (see below) FK – Falkirk

KY – Kirkaldy PH – Perth

DD – Dundee AB – Aberdeen

IV – Inverness KW – Kirkwall


* Surcharges for PA- Paisley postcodes 20 and above, plus some of the far-reaching highland locations will need to be advised on a case-by-case basis.
